The Persimmon Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors made up of seven members of the community and is professionally managed by Community Management, Inc. The goal of the Board is to provide an environment for the residents that promotes a sense of community and preserves property values.
 
The board conducts a meeting each month in addition to an annual meeting in the spring. Homeowners and neighbors are welcome to attend, as these are public meetings.
